Sponsorship FAQ
We offer four tiers—Pioneer, Trailblazer, Vanguard and Legend—each with progressively greater visibility, reporting and engagement features. Pick based on your budget, desired level of branding (e.g. badge category vs. home-screen logo) and how much reward funding you’d like to contribute.
Anything from digital gift cards and discount codes to physical merch—coffee vouchers, branded water bottles, event tickets—so long as we can ship or distribute it to users. You simply share your reward catalog, and we integrate it as part of the user redemption experience.
We manage all the back-end: once a user redeems, our system triggers an email (or webhook) to you or your fulfillment partner with the claim details. You then ship the physical item or deliver the digital code directly to the user.
You’ll receive basic redemption reports monthly (as CSV/PDF) at the Pioneer level, with more frequent or real-time dashboard access at higher tiers. Bi-annual, quarterly or full-access reporting cadence is tied to your tier.
Absolutely. You can move up tiers at any point; we’ll prorate the remaining term and immediately unlock the new benefits for you.
Standard term is 12 months from the sponsorship start date. We’ll send a renewal reminder 60 days before expiry with your performance metrics and a link to renew or upgrade.
We need your logo (SVG + PNG), approved color palette, and any messaging guidelines. For custom badges or challenges, we’ll also request high-res imagery or vector files.
All sponsors get direct email support. Trailblazers and above also have scheduled video-call office hours with our product team; Vanguard/Legend tiers get quarterly planning sessions.
We retain a 15% platform service fee on all sponsorship revenue to cover reward fulfillment, reporting, and support. The remaining 90% is applied directly to your reward pool and sponsorship benefits.
